Makes and represents a budget application under the program 040 (kindergartens from the Republic Budget) with justification of the volume of expenses, prepares calculations for the types of expenditures for each budget program;

makes financing plans for payments and obligations in the context of kindergartens, bookkeeping in the program 1-C accounting;

compose the contracts and additional agreements on the state educational order for preschool education and training financed from the republican budget in accordance with the law;

carries out control, acceptance and verification of the staffing table, tariffing for the kindergartens of the Republic Budget - a summary of subordinate organizations (kindergartens of the Republic Budget);

carries out the control, acceptance and verification of calculations to the outlay of incomes and expenses on budget and own means of subordinated organizations (kindergartens of the Republic Budget);

monitors according to the program, takes the necessary measures to fully mastering of the allocated budget funds. Аnalysis by specificity, by nutrition (specialized kindergartens);

collects information on audit certificates - summary information on subordinate institutions (kindergartens). (Analysis)

provides information on the taken measures to eliminate violations to the monitoring establishment, monthly prepares information on compensation of amounts of damage to the budget;

monthly forms applications for financing of subordinate organizations of the Kindergartens, determines the need for preschool institutions;

carries out the controls the accuracy and reliability of acts of the performed works by the state order;

executes control documents, supervises kindergartens from the Republican Budget and private kindergartens, responds to appeals on functional issues.
