In order to develop students' aspirations to use information technologies intensively in training, the creative potential of schoolchildren, their information culture, including algorithmic and logical thinking, the «Daryn» Republican Scientific and Practical Center has held an international intellectual competition “Bebras” in computer science among students in grades 3-11 in online mode, which was attended by 4672 students. 2842 winners and prize-winners of the competition were determined, which is 60% of the total number of participants. Students of the school-lyceum №20 took an active part in the competition. Of the 30 participants, all 30 won prizes and were awarded diplomas of I, II and III degrees. The teacher of informatics Aubakirova G. M., who prepared the winners and prize-winners of the competition, was awarded a diploma from the «Daryn» Republican Scientific and Practical Center.
