Initiation in lyceum students
A festive event "Initiation in Lyceum Students" was held at Lyceum School no 20 on November 18. Eighth graders, who first crossed the threshold of the school for gifted children, looked especially happy today: their old dream would soon come true and they would become lyceum students. The event began with a film about the school, which highlighted the life of the lyceum, demonstrated the achievements of students. The director of the Lyceum Topanova G.T. congratulated the children on the joyful event. She wished them to proudly bear the title of lyceum student, bright victories at the Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects, self-confidence, perseverance and perseverance in achieving their goals. Then, future lyceum students took to the stage and introduced themselves in an entertaining way: they read poetry, sang songs, played skits. Eighth-graders successfully passed the test: they answered tricky questions, demonstrating erudition and ingenuity. Holding their breath, the boys listened to the orders of high school students: to study well, to love their homeland, to be honest, polite, to cherish the honor of school, to respect elders. And now the solemn moment has arrived! Schoolchildren swear an oath of allegiance to the lyceum, its traditions, and excellent students and activists present them with testimonies of lyceum students. The family of lyceum students has replenished with new students! With such a significant event, the children were congratulated by their parents, teachers, senior comrades. We wish them good luck on the hard, thorny path to knowledge!
