The school solves the following educational tasks:

• Humanization of the educational process, expressed in the creation of conditions for the full development of the personality in the course of joint activities of students, parents, teachers

• Maintaining and strengthening school traditions. Creating conditions for artistic and aesthetic development, for the creative self-realization of students.

• Student health promotion

• Improving the methodological skills of class teachers. The introduction of new information and communication technologies into the educational process.

At the heart of the educational system of the school is the creative activity of children and adults in different directions.
The mechanism of construction and functioning of the educational system of the school:

The main backbone factor is the collective activity, which is personality-oriented and creative. An important role in the discovery and development of students' abilities is played by a creative workshop with the participation of children and adults, which is based on the following pedagogical ideas:

-equality of all participants

-non-violent involvement in the process of activities.

 
-orientation is not so much on the results of a creative search, but on the process of creativity itself. -the moral responsibility of each for their choice, process and result of activity Key concepts that characterize the essence of the educational system of the school: "CREATIVITY", "KNOWLEDGE", "CULTURE", "COMMUNICATION", "CITIZENSHIP".   The basic principles of the educational system of the school: -compliance of goals and objectives with the needs and expectations of students and parents -individualization and differentiation of upbringing education -Humanism and democratization of life.
 
The graduate’s personality model is made up of the 4th personality potentials: - moral potential - cognitive potential -communicative potential physical potential The result of the development of these personality traits is the formation of a creatively developed, socially oriented personality capable of SELF-REALIZATION.
		The main structural unit of the main affairs is the class as a primary team, but in the process of common work there is an interaction of ages, a sense of school, a sense of “we” consisting of bright “me”

 
Major events of school life, prepared by the majority, contain fundamental values ​​and moral guidelines. An important advantage of school creative work is that it allows classes to see themselves in the mirror of other classes, to compare, to compare. This is very important for the formation of public opinion, collective self-esteem, the growth of group self-consciousness.
