The mechanism of construction and functioning of the educational system of the school:
The main backbone factor is the collective activity, which is personality-oriented and creative. An important role in the discovery and development of students' abilities is played by a creative workshop with the participation of children and adults, which is based on the following pedagogical ideas:

Major events of school life, prepared by the majority, contain fundamental values and moral guidelines. An important advantage of school creative work is that it allows classes to see themselves in the mirror of other classes, to compare, to compare. This is very important for the formation of public opinion, collective self-esteem, the growth of group self-consciousness.
