In the framework of the action “Teenager-Law-Security”, the lyceum students took part in the on-line conference “Responsibility of minors for unlawful behavior”.

      Offenses of adolescents in modern society is one of the most complex and controversial problems.

          Unfortunately, not every teenager is aware of what unlawful acts committed by him lead to grave consequences. During the on-line conference, students got acquainted with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the responsibility of minors. The primary duty of a minor citizen is to abide by the laws, not to commit an offense, not to violate the rights and interests of others.
