providing methodological assistance to deputy directors on the documentation of emergencies and safety engineering
preparation and holding of seminars, meetings on safety and emergency situations and safety engineering ;
conduct an act of inspection of emergency facilities that endanger the environment in education organizations;
participation in the work of commissions on issues related to work accidents and accidents of educators and students;
conducting the nomenclature of cases, work with incoming and outgoing correspondence of the department for emergency and safety engineering issues;
implementation of the requirements of state supervision bodies and control over observance of existing norms, rules and instructions on labor protection, safety standards in workplaces;
Participation in the development of activities in the department and subordinate institutions to improve working conditions and bring them to the requirements provided for by regulatory legal acts on emergencies, occupational safety and health and safety, and also provides organizational assistance for the implementation of the measures developed;
conducting introductory briefings on occupational safety and health with all newly recruited, students who have come to practice in the department;
participation in the development of drafts of normative documents, rules and instructions for the safe conduct of work in educational organizations, analyzes the effectiveness of the measures taken to prevent them;
control over the subscription to the periodical press in the department and in the educational institutions of the city; organization of work with mass media; control over the organization of the work of the city schools in accordance with the Rules of the Road, the work of the Young Inspector of the Movement, Young Firefighters;
