Language is born and unites with people, so each language is so great for its country. The language is closely connected with the history of the people, bears the imprint of historical events. Each nation must respect and support its own language, develop and protect it. During the Month of Languages ​​at school - lyceum №20, events were held: open lessons, competitions, round tables. I especially remembered the meeting with Danial Sabenovich Asenov, a scientist, a well-known abaologist. He read verses and words of edification of Abai to students.

          The pupils gave interviews on television, recited Abay’s poetry in three languages. The students visited the Children's Regional Library, participated in the «Bir el-bir kitap action»  read verses of famous Kazakh poets.

           According to the results of the Month of Languages, a line was held where a video film about languages ​​was shown, and diplomas were awarded to distinguished children.

      Events held within the framework of the Month of Languages ​​expanded the children's perception of languages, deepened their knowledge, and contributed to enrich interest in multilingualism.
