On April 17, 2019 on the basis of school № 37 of Pavlodar the II round of XV anniversary city festival of children's creativity "Rauan"took place.The goal is to support talented children, to form love and interest in musical creativity, to promote and develop children's preschool creativity. The organizer of the festival is the Center of leisure and development of giftedness of children "Pavlodar Daryn" of the Department of education of Pavlodar. 449 pupils from 41 kindergartens with the number of 65 competitions took part in the SECOND round.
