During the winter holidays, in order to prevent emotional burnout, the psychologist N.V. Varga a training session was held for the school teachers. The exercise "Wheel of balance" teaches you to develop harmoniously in all spheres of life: in self-development, in personal, social life, in a career, in financial terms. All of these areas of life are equally important and we need. The balance wheel helps you analyze all spheres, calculate your strength (energy and time) and choose the right direction of movement.
