In school#21, a pedagogical Council was held on the topic "Development of professional competencies of a teacher as a factor in improving the quality of education in the conditions of updated content of education". The teachers ' Council was attended by 102 teachers who worked in groups on ways and forms of development of professional competencies of teachers. Also examined were the new Rules of certification of teachers and persons equated to them.
