         Purpose: assessment of professional competence of a teacher
 
Tasks:
 
1. the identification of innovative experience of teachers in the school:
 
2. promotion of teachers ' professional development;
 
3. promotion of the best achievements of teachers in teaching methods.
 
On January 24, 2020, open classes in mathematics and physics were held at school # 37. In accordance with the work plan of the methodological Association for the 2019-2020 academic year, open lessons were held within the framework of the school development program, as well as to develop the creative and professional potential of teachers, identify methodological skills and disseminate pedagogical experience. Open lessons are aimed at developing and improving educational practice in order to further develop and improve the organization of the process of teaching children using modern technologies. Open lessons were evaluated by teachers who participated in the evaluation. During the lesson, teachers were evaluated according to the following criteria::
 
Criteria for evaluating an open lesson
 
1. matching the goals, tools, methods, and forms of the lesson content
 
2. depth and originality of the lesson topic disclosure
 
3. Using technologies and methods of developmental learning
 
4. organization of educational activities of students
 
5. links to topic content
 
6. intersubject communication
 
7. connection with the practice
 
8. the interaction of teacher and student
 
9. organization of control in the lesson (formative, summary, criteria))
 
10. exit on the topic of the next lesson
 
    It should be noted that 2 teachers who showed their skills in conducting the lesson have high activity. I am glad that teachers are actively using information and communication technologies in their work, which helps to improve the quality of students ' knowledge on the subject. All lessons were held at a high methodological level.  One of the priorities in conducting classes was the direction of the use of ICT, we can say that in everyday life it is also firmly established in the practice of conducting classes. Teachers make skilful use of media-books, Internet resources.
