| The national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a rectangular panel of blue color with a picture in the center of the sun with rays, under which is a soaring eagle. The shaft has a national ornament in the form of a vertical strip. The image of the sun, its rays, the eagle and national ornament - the color of gold. The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is 1: 2. The deep color of the national flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan reflects not only the commitment to the idea of unity, but also reminds of the cloudless sky, which has always been the personification of peace, tranquility and well-being. In the heraldry language, its shades correspond to such human qualities as honesty, fidelity, hope. The golden sun, bathed in its rays, represents peace and riches, and the steppe eagle is generosity and vigilance, the height of the Kazakhs' intentions. The winged tulpar is the image of immortality, the endless development and spiritual wealth of the peoples living in Kazakhstan under one shanyrak. Tulpar is a symbol of the preservation of the sovereignty of Kazakhstan. Winged tulpar is a flight, a dream, a young generation, with which hopes are always connected. The five-pointed star is crowned with a coat of arms. Each person has his own, guiding star. Such a star must also be in the state.
